This service is aimed at anyone who does not wish to study German on an academic level but for personal use only.

Perhaps you are planning a winter or summer holiday in Germany, Austria or Switzerland?

Or maybe you simply wish to brush up on your “school” German to help out in your workplace?

For whatever reason, Germania Educational can offer you private tuition or distance-learning opportunities at very competitive rates.  We can prepare you for every situation you may encounter, e.g. ordering a meal, asking the way, booking a room, etc

Private tuition is initially only available in the Scarborough area.  If you live further afield we provide distance-learning packs of resources, and we are available by email for any questions you may have.

Simply inform us of your requirements and we will quote you a fair and reasonable price!

Examination tuition

Is your son / daughter studying for GCSE German this year?

Does he / she lack confidence in class and might benefit from speaking German on a one-to-one basis?

Could the personal touch provide the key to achieving those higher grades?

If you have answered “yes” to any of these questions, then Germania Educational may be able to help.

Initially only available in the Scarborough area, we offer at competitive rates private tuition, principally for the Speaking Test but also for Listening, Reading and Writing Tests if requested.

If you live further afield we provide distance-learning packs of resources which contain model answers and examples, and which constitute a thorough revision programme for the final examination.  Just let us know which aspect of the examination you wish to revise and we will send you further details.
